1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy outlines the rules for cancelling services purchased on the Teachlix platform. By using Teachlix, you agree to the terms listed below.

2. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription plan at any time from your account dashboard. However:

  • Cancelling a subscription does NOT guarantee a refund.
  • Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
  • No partial-month or partial-period refunds are issued.

3. Cancellation of Job Posts

You may cancel a job posting before it goes live. After activation:

  • Credits cannot be reverted or refunded
  • Job post fees become non-refundable

4. Cancellation of Verification Requests

Teacher verification services, once initiated, cannot be cancelled as the verification team begins processing documents immediately.

5. When Cancellation Is Allowed

You may request cancellation only if:

  • The service was not initiated or activated yet
  • You purchased a plan by mistake and report it within 2 hours
  • A technical issue prevented activation of the service
