Teachlix provides digital recruitment, hiring, and verification services for schools and educators. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are granted only under specific conditions as outlined below.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Subscription plans once activated
  • Teacher verification fees
  • Job posting credits after being used
  • Profile promotion or highlighted listing fees

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a system error
  • You purchased a subscription but did not use any service within 24 hours
  • The service purchased was not delivered due to a verified issue on our side

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow the steps below:

  • Include your registered mobile number & email
  • Mention the payment date and transaction ID
  • State the exact reason for requesting a refund

Our team will review your request within **5–7 business days**.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within **7–10 working days** to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, or bank account).

6. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but cancellation does not guarantee a refund unless eligible under Section 3.

7. Fraud or Misuse

Teachlix reserves the right to deny refunds if:

  • Fraudulent information was submitted
  • Multiple refund requests were made improperly
  • The user violated Teachlix Terms & Conditions
